Sandy Hernandez provided STELLAR service when I shopped for new auto insurance and successfully obtained a new policy with same coverage after being with another insurer for 10 years. Reason for change was exorbitant increase with no accidents and excellent credit. She researched several companies, provided quotes and answered questions I had. She is very polite, knowledgeable and professional and follows thru on what she says. You are in excellent hands when you work with her. She is highly recommended!

Everyone working there is very polite and extremely helpful. They always take their time and explain and answer your questions properly. If you have to wait for a call back, they call back very very quickly. They also take care of your problem very very quickly and send you updates as well.

Beat prices, broker friendly. Revised 11/2024 I concur with the lady that left a 1 star review on yelp about and increase in premiums due to agent dropping ball with premium due to missing signature for uninsured motorist upon renewal (or lapse), had snarky agent, dropped the ball, mixed directives between agent and progressive. Agent admits it “happens all the time” , “nothing we can do about $900 increase”, finally demanded to speak to broker Peter PhD took care of issue, got prorated discount and paid in out of pocket $400 for their mishap. I appreciate him doing right by me.

Courtney has been an excellent agent. I’ve contacted this agency several times for various types of insurances and she researched and answered all my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. In one instance the company could not offer me a cheaper insurance for equal coverage but she worked with me several times in an attempt to do so. In all other instances she has been able to provide equal coverage at a much expensive rate. I highly recommend this Agency.

Sandy at Great Florida Insurance went the extra mile to resolve problems when my policy got a non renewal notice in May and then after fixing the problem in May had to go back and resolve the problem again in August when the house insurance company hadn't filed things correctly. In the end Sandy corrected everything and I have home owners insurance for another year
